Chinese Cooking Recipes - GuangZhou Cuisine


Guangzhou Cuisine is a new menu that is served Lung Yuan Restaurant is located in the F & B Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers. The menu is one you might try because it offers stir-fry shrimp with 3 different flavors.

GuangZhou Cusisine
(Sauteed shrimp with 3 different flavors)

Material:

     * 1.5 ounces medium shrimp as much as 9 pcs
     * 1 egg salt
     * 1 whole chicken boiled
     * 1 egg publishing (10gram)
     * 30 ml cooking oil
     * 2 gr vitcin
     * 2 grams of salt
     * 3 g sugar
     * 1 g pepper
     * 10 gm garlic cop
     * 50 ml chicken broth
     * 2 ml sesame oil
     * 3 ml of cooking wine

How to Make it:

     * Saute the shrimp with 3 kinds of eggs

Recipe - Tofu Steak


Material:

     * 2 pieces of Tofu

Material:

Materials - materials:

Baked Chicken Recipes Riau


Material:

Directions:

Asparagus Risotto


5 C. chicken broth 2 T. olive oil 1 small onion finely chopped 1/2 lb. Arborio rice 1/8 t. saffron threads crushed 1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese 1 C. blanched asparagus pieces Bring chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan. Turn down to a simmer. Heat oil in a 4 qt. saucepan. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add rice and stir until the rice turns opaque and is coated with the oil. Add 1 cup of the simmering broth and stir until almost all of the broth is absorbed. Add broth 1 cup at a time until rice is tender. Add the asparagus. Take off the heat and stir in the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. The process will take about 20 minutes.

Springtime Risotto


1 tsp butter 2 Tbsp softened butter 1 cup parsley, chopped chopped chives to taste 1 Tbsp mint, if desired 2 tsp roasted garlic (from a jar) 2 cups chicken broth mixed with 3 cups water onion powder to taste 1-1/2 cups Arborio rice 1/4 cup evaporated milk (or whole or half & half) 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese In a food processor, put the 2 Tbsp butter, parsley, chives, mint and garlic and process to almost a paste. In a saucepan, simmer the broth & water. In another pan, melt the 1 tsp butter, add onion powder and rice and saute till rice glistens, about 2 minutes. Add hot broth, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring till liquid is absorbed. Do this till rice is al dente, about 20 minutes - you may not need all of the broth. Add evaporated milk and heat and stir. Add herb paste and Parmesan; stir. Serves 6

     * 3 eggs
     * 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
     * 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
     * 3 tablespoons of liquid milk
     * 4 pieces of button mushrooms, sliced
     * 20 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
     * 50 grams of mozzarella cheese

Complement:

     * French fries

Method:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
    2. Shake the loose eggs, add salt, pepper, and fresh milk, mix well. Enter the grated cheese and mushrooms.
    3. Pour batter into hot skillet, good mozzarella cheese slices on top and make the omelet until done, remove from heat.
    4. Serve warm with fried potatoes.

CHICKEN spicy spaghetti

3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 cloves garlic chopped
1 tablespoon instant chicken broth
1 tablespoon fried onion for topping
½ teaspoon fine salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 sdsendok m cornstarch, dissolved in
150 ml of water / chicken broth

Directions:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic and red pepper until fragrant. Enter the chicken meat, stir until it changes color.
2. Enter a sweet soy sauce, spices, carrots and kailan. Thicken with a solution of water / broth with cornstarch. Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Lift.
3. Prepare spaghetti on a serving dish, pour the chicken broth. serve while hot with a sprinkling of fried shallots. Serve immediately.
